1. Lifetime Warranty on Color and Oxidation: Our pieces have a lifetime warranty against color changes and metal oxidation, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your investment.

2. Warranty against Manufacturing Defects: If you identify any manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us. We are committed to solving any problem quickly and efficiently.

Important Note:
Open Hoops and Detached Stones: In cases of open hoops or detached stones (zircons or rhinestones), we do not consider them as manufacturing defects. In this context, the applicable warranty is 2 days from the date of delivery.

Manufacturing Defects Considered:
1. Any anomaly that occurs during the jewelry manufacturing process.
2. Defect in the functioning of the locking system.
3. Absence of zircons or defects in the setting of the stones (the defect must be reported immediately after receiving the product).
4. Defects in resin and/or painted parts.

They must be reported via the store's official contact channel (Email contatomarikaellajoias@gmail.com or WhatsApp 772-333-9899) using photos that prove the defect, so that it can be analyzed and appropriate measures can be taken.

Manufacturing Defects Not Considered:
1. Misuse.
2. Dents.
3. Greening due to the accumulation of sludge around zircons. Studded pieces must always be clean and dry.
4. Scratched.
5. Breaking of the chain.
6. Peeling of resins or enamels due to the use of chemical products.
7. Loose stones.
8. Rings opened by traction.
