The warranty given by Marikaella Joias has a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. The warranty will be valid if the defect is due to the product's manufacturing. Defects caused by misuse of the product will not be accepted for exchange.

Jewelry considered under warranty are:

• With any manufacturing defect;
• With total or partial detachment of the veneer;
• With broken or cracked fasteners.

The jewelry considered out of warranty are:

• Darkened by dirt;
• Broken;
• Incomplete;
• Scratched;
• Burst;
• Dented;
• Reddish;
• With opaque or milky stones;
• Due to misuse;
• Worn out by constant use;
• Detachment or darkening of the resin.

Jewelry on sale will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Policy

• The warranty is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of the warranty certificate, upon presentation of the jewelry accompanied by the respective warranty certificate.
• The warranty will be validated if the defect is a manufacturing defect.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse.
• Marikaella Variedades, in accordance with the consumer protection code, has a period of 30 (thirty) days to analyze the product and provide a position to the customer.
• If the manufacturing defect is proven, the jewelry can be repaired or replaced with an identical one, if it is no longer in production.
• If it cannot be replaced with an identical item within 30 days, the customer will receive a Shopping Voucher for the value of their jewelry.
• Exchanges will not be authorized if the defect is due to misuse or wear and tear.

Manufacturing Defects Not Considered:
1. Misuse.

4. Scratched.
5. Breaking of the chain.
6. Peeling of resins or enamels due to the use of chemical products.
7. Loose stones.
8. Rings opened by traction.
