Shipping Policy

The store has a partnership with the Brazilian Post Office to ship products. To calculate the shipping cost, you will add all the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Just below the items in the cart, there will be a field to enter your address. After entering the address, the system will calculate the amount charged by the Brazilian Post Office. This amount varies according to the weight and dimensions of the products purchased. We deliver to all of the United States.

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost

Delivery time and shipping cost vary according to the address provided in the shopping cart. The weight of the order and the quantity of products purchased also influence the shipping cost, but not the delivery time. After the order is finalized, it will be dispatched within 2 (two) business days. The delivery time only begins after the order has been posted to the Post Office. A tracking code will be generated and sent by email and will be available in your account, under My Orders.

Important: The customer is solely responsible for the registration data provided by the customer. If the delivery address provided when placing the order is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned by the Post Office, the customer will be charged again for shipping so that the order can be reshipped. If a refund is requested, the amount corresponding to shipping will not be refunded, only the amount corresponding to the products. The same applies after 3 (three) failed delivery attempts to the address provided.

Attention:

The delivery time is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strikes, holidays, road conditions and other force majeure reasons. Compliance with the delivery time is the sole responsibility of the Post Office. We are not responsible for delivery delays. However, in the event of problems, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we can investigate with the Post Office and try to resolve any problems.
